The Bountiful Police Department is accepting applications for fulltime 911 Police/Fire/EMS Dispatchers. No experience necessary, will train. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, a typing certificate with a speed of 40 wpm from a verifiable source. Applicant must pass in-house testing, background, drug, and polygraph. Multi-task experience is a necessity. Position requires shift work. The City offers vacation, holiday and sick leave along with medical, educational and retirement benefits. The Bountiful Police Department is accepting applications for the position of Reserve Police Officer. Applicants must be 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid Utah driver’s license, be in good physical condition, and must have current Utah Peace Officer certification in the state of Utah. Proof of peace officer certification must be attached to application. The testing process will consist of a physical fitness test, an oral interview, a background investigation, and psychological testing. The starting wage for Reserve Officer is $10.00 to $15.00/hr. Reserve Officers must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per month. Applications should be submitted to the Bountiful Police Department, 805 South Main St., Bountiful, Utah 84010.
