Bountiful Police Arrest Suspect in Lewd Behavior

On the evening of September 18, 2007 the Bountiful Police Department arrested Nicholas Misener, age 18, and charged him with 4 counts of sexual battery and 1 count of lewdness for approaching women, who were jogging alone on Bountiful Boulevard, and touching them inappropriately. During the course of the investigation information was developed that led officers to suspect he was involved. He was identified, by victims and a witness, from a police photo line up. He was booked into the Davis County Jail.
