Drop Box Payments: Drop boxes for utility payments are located at City Hall, (West entrance and East entrance of parking lot) Dick's Markets, Winegars, Key Bank and both Bountiful Wells Fargo Bank branches. The City Hall drop box is collected daily, but those at other locations are only collected once a week on Thursdays. Cash payments or delinquent payments should not be placed in drop boxes.

EFT Option: The City has an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) plan to enable its utility customers to pay their monthly utility bill without mailing a check or paying cash at the City Hall. Call 298-6100 for more info.

Budget Billing Sign-ups 

Each October the Utility Billing department accepts new requests for Budget Billing.  The amount of your monthly equalized payment is estimated by averaging the last twelve month’s bills.  To qualify, a customer must have been at the current address for a minimum of twelve months and be current on payments, and remain current on their payments.  The complete terms and conditions are found on the application form.  Applications are available in person, by phone (801) 298-6100, or by clicking here.   Applications must be received by November 5^th.  Click here for more information.
