Bountiful City Youth Council is a organization of 33 high school age students who meet weekly and plan effective service projects and community activities.

Some of the service projects and community activities have been: Relay for Life, The Chuckwagon Breakfast, Summerfest, The Pumpkin Patch, Stomp on Main and The Bunny Hop.

Bountiful City Youth Council is under the direction of Councilman Knight, and Mrs. Cori Hall. Bountiful City Youth Mayor is Krystal Hofmann.
