Requests will be processed as quickly as possible. In some cases it may take ten business days or longer to receive a copy of the report depending upon the circumstances of the investigation. A records personnel will keep you updated of the status of your request.
To make a record request, please comeplete one (1) of the three (3) options on the righthand side of this webpage. Your request must be made through mail, online, or in person.
Once your GRAMA Records Request is prepared, our office will contact you via email to inform you of any applicable fees and how payment can be made for your GRAMA Records Request.**
